Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa is a 2008 American computer-animated comedy film produced by DreamWorks Animation. As the sequel to the 2005 film Madagascar, it continues the adventures of Alex the Lion, Marty the Zebra, Melman the Giraffe, and Gloria the Hippo. It was directed by Eric Darnell and Tom McGrath, with a screenplay written by Etan Cohen, Darnell, and McGrath. The voice actors Ben Stiller, Chris Rock, David Schwimmer, Jada Pinkett Smith, Sacha Baron Cohen, Cedric the Entertainer, and Andy Richter return for the sequel, joined by Bernie Mac, Alec Baldwin, Sherri Shepherd, Elisa Gabrielli, and will.i.am.
The film begins by showing a small part of Alex's early life, including his capture by hunters, then moves to shortly after the point where Madagascar left off, with the animals deciding to return to New York City. They board an airplane in Madagascar but crash-land in Africa, where each of the central characters meets others of the same species and where Alex is reunited with his parents. Problems arise, and their resolution occupies much of the remainder of the film.
Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa was released on November 7, 2008, by Paramount Pictures.1 It grossed $603.9 million on a $150 million budget, making it the sixth highest-grossing film of 2008, and won the 2009 Kids' Choice Award for Favorite Animated Movie.[2][3] It was dedicated to Bernie Mac, who died before the film's release (by coincidence, another film of his, Soul Men, would be released on the same date as this film.).[4] A sequel, Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted, was released in 2012.

The Road from Elephant Pass:අලිමංකඩ (2008) සම්පුර්ණ චිත්රපටය
A LTTE carder called "Kamala Velaithan" is surrendered to the Sri Lanka Army and she was handed over to captain "Wasantha" in order to bring her to colombo IBM headquarters. She has important inside information for the army which would lead to an attack on the LTTE leader. Her brother was killed by the LTTE for trying to desert it. When they started the journey the jeep was attacked by LTTE. So both of them leave there and arrives Periyumbutur by a boat. Then, due to the attack faced before, his head is injured. So she wraps his head with a cloth and says not to speak anything. Both pass LTTE & ARMY points and continue the journey. Meanwhile, both fall love immensely with each other.
At last, he goes to hand over Kamala to IBM and there she reveals that the things she said about a big information is a lie and asks his pardon. Captain Wasantha was angry, but he couldn't say anything because Brigadier calls him to come with Kamala. Both goes and BGD asks the information from Wasantha. He says a date and a time which he pondered. However, SL air force attacked the place and a group of top LTTE leaders were killed. Meanwhile, Captain leaves to Elephant Pass(Alimankada) and it was attacked by LTTE and his mother receives a letter that Captain Wasantha is missing, while the operation was going on. His mother falls on a chair with crying.
After several years, Kamala and Wasantha are smiling and playing with their child at a flat in Toronto, Canada...

They come across an application to a handballtournament in Bavaria, and not even knowing what the game is, they submit themselves and a group of friends as the "Sri Lanka National Handball Team". For appearance's sake, they begin minimal training and then seek travel visas from the German Embassy. Manoj leaves the group at the last moment, but the rest fly to Germany. Their plans to simply escape into the West upon arrival in Germany are thwarted by the quick appearance of the tournament organizers and an arena of fans eager to see the powers of the Sri Lanka National Handball Team.
